Freebies and Samples

One of the greatest things that I have discovered in 2009, was the freebies and samples that companies make available! There are so many reputable companies that will give freebies, samples, rebates and deals to get consumers to try their products, which helps make our frugal finds fantastic. Be careful though, all of the on-line freebies/samples require an email address along with other pertinant information. I suggest setting up a new email address (I have setup different gmail accounts) just for your frugal find adventures. This way any spam or unwanted mail you receive, will be stored in a separate email address and will not interfere with your personal or business email accounts.

I recommend to not give your phone number unless you really would like them to call. They do not require a telephone number 90% of the time, and to date, I have not received any sales or spam calls!

NEVER, EVER give any credit card or billing information for samples. These are FREE to you, so if you are on a site that is requesting billing information, do not give that to the site. There are a lot of fraudulent sites that just want to take advantage. Lets be a smarter consumer by knowing that this is NOT acceptable!

Freebies and samples will go very quickly so there may be times when you miss out on some…..no worries my friends…..there are many more frugal finds to be had!
